Josh Hill

Josh Hill has extensive experience in the banking industry, starting with their role at Wells Fargo/Wachovia as Vice President/District Manager. During this time, they managed the sales, customer services, operations, revenues, and expenses of 14 retail stores. Josh then moved on to Rabobank N.A., where they served as Vice President/Senior Product Manager, focusing on the Small Business segment. Josh developed strategies to position and improve deposit products in the market and collaborated with key stakeholders. Next, they joined Mechanics Bank/Rabobank N.A. as a Senior Vice President/Retail Division Manager, overseeing four Retail Market Teams and strategically managing retail consumer, small business, commercial, and affluent segments. Currently, Josh is working at BAC Community Bank as an SVP/Retail Banking Officer, responsible for managing the branch network and implementing retail policies and strategies for banking service, cross-sell, and retail deposit growth.
