Emma Belcher

Emma Belcher is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in global brand management and marketing strategy. Currently serving as Global Senior Marketing Manager for Travel Retail at Bacardi since May 2019, Emma has held progressive roles including Global Marketing Manager and Global Senior Brand Manager within the same division. Prior to Bacardi, Emma worked at Coty as Brand Manager for Calvin Klein & Balenciaga Fragrances and Rimmel from January 2017 to May 2019. Emma's career began at Danone, where positions ranged from Marketing Assistant to Brand Manager between July 2011 and December 2016, covering brands such as Oykos and Actimel. Early roles included Internal Communications Coordinator at Danone and Junior Promotions Executive at WHSmith. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bath, completed in 2011.
