Francesca Maggi

Francesca Maggi has extensive work experience in data protection and compliance roles. Francesca currently works as the Data Protection Lead at Bacardi since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Mondelēz International as a Data Protection Officer from May 2018 to July 2021. Before their role at Mondelēz International, Francesca worked at Danone in various positions, including Compliance Officer Data Privacy from January 2017 to May 2018, Compliance Manager from May 2015 to December 2016, and Legal Affairs Manager from July 2011 to April 2015. Francesca also served as a Legal Advisor from March 2010 to July 2011 and as a Legal Specialist from June 2004 to March 2010. Francesca's work experience is primarily focused on legal matters, including contracts negotiation, commercial litigation, intellectual property, and data privacy and protection.

Francesca Maggi obtained a Master of Science degree in Law and Business Administration from Università Bocconi between 1999 and 2004. In 2021, they also obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
