Jed later served as the Chief Financial Officer for Desnoes & Geddes Ltd. (Red Stripe Beer) where they led the finance team and executed a successful turnaround of the Jamaican domestic business. In their most recent role as VP Finance at Bacardi North America, Jed contributed to the company's financial performance and was promoted to VP of Global Performance Management. Jed Dryer, CFA, completed the Emilio Bacardi Harvard Business School Leadership Program at Harvard Business School from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Jed holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology, with a collateral concentration in Business, from The University of Texas at Austin, which they earned from 1990 to 1995.
