Mrudul Supekar is currently serving as a Senior Executive in quality and blending at Bacardi since March 2023, overseeing SQS responsibilities for the Telangana plant. Previously, Mrudul held a Chemist position at DDL from August 2021 to December 2022 and worked as a researcher at Cochin University of Science and Technology, where involvement included the design, synthesis, and characterization of chemically active target molecules from November 2020 to September 2022. From June 2019 to December 2020, Mrudul was a Quality Control Chemist at the People's Dairy Development Board, focusing on quality assurance and laboratory analysis of goods. Earlier experience includes a trainee chemist role at the Sophisticated Test & Instrumentation Centre and a project assistant position at CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory, where skills in the synthesis of biologically active chiral molecules were developed. Mrudul holds an MSc and BSc in Chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University, completed in 2015 and 2013, respectively.
