Nick Cox has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship as a Marketing Assistant at Mattel in 2004. Nick then worked at Bacardi as a Sales Development Manager from 2008 to 2010. After that, they joined Pernod Ricard as a Brand Manager from 2010 to 2012 and later became a Travel Retail Area Manager from 2015 to 2016. Cox returned to Bacardi in 2016 and held various roles including Commercial Director and Head of Brand for Patrón Tequila. Currently, they are the Global Marketing Director for Patrón Tequila at Bacardi.
Nick Cox completed a Digital Diploma in Professional Marketing at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing from 2020 to 2021. In 2009, they obtained a WSET Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Wines And Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2006, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing (Hons) from Aston University.
