Nicole van der Wulp

Nicole van der Wulp has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in the beverage industry. Nicole started their career in 1992 as an HR Manager at Mobil Oil B.V. Nicole then worked as an HR Director at Lever Fabergé (Unilever) from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they served as an Opleidingsmanager Cluster Marketing at Hogeschool INHOLLAND Rotterdam. Nicole joined Bacardi Martini BV as an HR Manager in 2008 and later served as the HR Director Benelux from 2011 to 2015. From 2015 to 2015, they worked as the HRD Northern European HUB for Bacardi-Martini B.V. Nicole then became the Compensation and Benefits Director for the European Region at Bacardi-Martini B.V in 2014. Currently, they hold the position of VP Human Resources Europe at Bacardi since September 2017.

Nicole van der Wulp pursued their education at multiple institutions. Nicole completed their Master's degree in Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam during the period from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended the Royal Military Academy from 1986 to 1988. Nicole'searlier education includes studying at Van Maerlantlyceum Eindhoven from 1980 to 1986, where they obtained their VWO degree.
