Iris Antman

Iris Antman has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Iris is currently the VP HR at BACCARA® since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Edgewell Personal Care as a Senior HR Manager in Israel, where they were responsible for strategic planning, talent management, and budgeting. Before that, they were a Human Resources Manager at Tadiran Appliances, overseeing HR operations and recruitment for the production factory and company HQ. Earlier in their career, they served as the Northern Region Manager at Carriara - Recruitment Company, where they managed branches, recruited staff, and built a pool of clients.

Iris Antman received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, with a specialization in Exceptional Women, from The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College in 2003. Iris then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Business from the University of Haifa, which they completed in 2014. In 2019, Iris graduated with a diploma in Coaching from Academic Manager Coaching Studies at GOME.
