Sherri Eriksrud

Sherri Eriksrud has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Sherri started their career in 1995 at Dayton Hudson (now Macy's) as a Human Resource Manager, where they were responsible for various HR operations. Sherri then moved on to Marshall Field's (now Macy's) as a Store Manager and later became the Store Manager Southdale at Marshall Fields. In 2006, Sherri joined Macy's as a VP Store Manager/Human Resources Manager, where they played a key role in store performance, talent development, and performance management. In 2015, they became the Vice President of Retail Operations and Services at Bachman's Inc. Sherri has also worked as an Independent Consultant for Rodan + Fields since 2016. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in various retail roles, including HR management, store management, and executive leadership.

Sherri Eriksrud attended the University of North Dakota from 1985 to 1990, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Their areas of study included Marketing, Management, and Psychology. In 2014, Sherri obtained the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
