Nicole Bordoli

Nicole Bordoli is a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Co-Founder of The Italian Corner since June 2020, specializing in piadina and traditional Italian delicacies. With experience as Assistant General Manager at Back of The House, Inc. from 2018 to the present and previously holding roles such as Server at Balboa Cafe and Restaurant and Bar Manager at Salt House, Nicole has cultivated a diverse skill set in restaurant management and customer service. Prior to these roles, Nicole served as Restaurant Manager at Amarena Restaurant from July 2009 to September 2014. Academically, Nicole holds a Master of Science in Criminology from Alliant International University-San Francisco Bay and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Universita' degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
