Michael Sickles

Michael Sickles is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in youth advocacy and counseling. Currently serving as the Youth Advocacy Manager at Back2Back Ministries since October 2018, Michael works to empower at-risk youth aged 16 to 18 through mentorship, financial coaching, and the creation of college and career pathways. Previous roles include Navigator program coordinator and financial coach at Cincinnati Works, professional school counselor at Princeton High School and North College Hill City Schools, and CPST case worker at The Children's Home of Cincinnati. Michael holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Counselor Education from Capella University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Christian Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
