Dominik Gschaider

Dominik Gschaider is currently employed at backaldrin The Kornspitz Company GmbH as a Mitarbeiter im Qualitätsmanagement since October 2022, having previously worked as a Lebensmitteltechnologe from April to June 2022. Dominik completed a Bachelor’s degree in Lebensmitteltechnologie und Ernährung from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in July 2022, with a Bachelor thesis focused on new digital methods for monitoring critical control points in food production. Prior to this, Dominik gained experience in quality management at Nestlé from September 2011 to December 2017, following an apprenticeship as a Lebensmitteltechniker. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Lebensmittelproduktentwicklung und Ressourcenmanagement at Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt, Dominik has also acquired certifications in Internal Audits / Production Standards and Project Management Level D from relevant educational institutions.
