Craig Walker

Craig Walker has over 18 years of experience in various roles within the digital transformation and banking industry. Craig has worked at companies such as Backbase, Lloyds Banking Group, and Remarc. Craig's most recent role is as the Product Director for Developer Enablement at Backbase, where they focus on delivering omni-channel customer experience solutions. Prior to this, they held roles such as Director of Frontend Technologies, Technical Director, and Frontend Lead and Principal Consultant at Backbase. Craig also has experience as a Senior Frontend Consultant and Frontend Consultant. Before joining Backbase, Craig worked as a Web Developer at Lloyds Banking Group, where they provided web-based solutions for over 2 million daily banking customers. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Technical IT Trainer at Remarc, where they delivered Microsoft Official Courses and developed internal systems.

Craig Walker attended Loughborough University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a BSc Hons degree in Information + Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, Craig obtained the MCSD certification from Microsoft in 2008, the MCT certification in March 2007, and the Microsoft Office Master certification in 2004.
