Jagan Sivanesan

Jagan Sivanesan is an experienced technical manager and senior solution architect currently employed at Backbase since September 2023. Prior to this, Jagan held the position of principal solution engineer at Alida from November 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included solution and value engineering across the APAC region. Jagan has also worked as a solution architect for Broadcom Inc. in the automation segment, and as a senior sales engineer at Kony, Inc., focusing on solution engineering and architecture within Southeast Asia. Earlier career highlights include leading a solution team at NCS Group and contributing to applications development at Dicetek Singapore and Wipro Technologies. Jagan holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology from Anna University Chennai and Dr. Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology.
