Rogier Kouwenhoven

Rogier Kouwenhoven has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rogier started their career at FINAN as a Financial Software Tester from July 2008 to February 2010. Afterwards, they worked at De Amersfoortse as an Administrative Medewerker from February 2010 to April 2011, and later as a Stagiair bij het Naverrekenings team from April 2011 to July 2011. Rogier then joined De Amersfoortse again as an Administratief medewerker from January 2012 to September 2012. Additionally, Rogier worked at Pon Logistics as a Uitzendkracht in November 2012. From February 2013 to July 2013, they had multiple roles at Pon Automotive B.V., including Afstudeerstagiair and Penningmeester + Voorzitter Stagevereniging. Rogier also worked as a SEPA project administrateur at Pon Automotive B.V. from September 2013 to November 2013. Rogier then joined Tafeltennis vereniging Hoogland, where they held multiple roles such as Tafeltennis trainer, Zaalreserveringen, and Lid evenementen commissie from 2011 to 2016. Since 2013, Rogier has been working at Backbase and has held various positions, including Junior Functional Software Tester, Emergency Response Officer (BHV), Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Principal Business Analyst, and currently as the Principal Business Analyst & Chapter Lead CEEMEA. This role involves providing consultancy and guidance to clients undergoing digital transformations and working on various projects at the Customer Success department.

Rogier Kouwenhoven holds a Master's Degree in Executive Master Programme in Management Studies from the University of Amsterdam, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2010 to 2014. Rogier completed their secondary education, Havo, with a focus on Natuur en Gezondheid at De Amersfoortse Berg from 2003 to 2007. In addition, Rogier Kouwenhoven has obtained certifications in BPMN 2.0 and DMN from Camunda in the year 2022.
