David Linsey

David Linsey is an experienced investor and entrepreneur with a strong background in economics and management, holding a degree from the University of Oxford. Currently serving as an investor at BACKED VC since January 2023, David is also the founder and director of The Amelie and Daniel Linsey Foundation, which has successfully raised $500,000 for developing regional trauma systems in Sri Lanka in collaboration with McGill University and Imperial College London. Previously, David co-founded JiPay, where responsibilities included marketing and finance from June 2020 to January 2022, and served as a strategic advisor until the company's closure in October 2022.
