Jason Furie

Jason Furie has worked in various roles in the media and entertainment industry since 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Embarcadero Cinema and an Editorial & Multimedia Intern at XLR8R Magazine. In 2009, they worked as an After School Program Leader/Summer Camp Counselor at the YMCA of San Francisco. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Writer/Editor at Never Ending Radical Dude. In 2011, they were a Content Writer at Mission: Comics & Art. From 2012 to 2017, they were an After School Site Coordinator at the YMCA of San Francisco. Since 2017, they have been a Senior Community Manager at BackerKit.

Jason Furie attended Wright State University from 2002-2003, where they studied Film. Jason then transferred to Ohio University, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fine and Studio Arts in 2006.
