Shane Jacob

Shane Jacob has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shane is currently working as an Associate Product Manager at Backstop Solutions Group since September 2021. Prior to this, Shane held various roles at Baxter International Inc. from 2017 to 2021, including Senior Specialist in Enterprise Analytics from July 2019 to September 2021. Shane also participated in the IT Development Program, where they gained experience in IT Mergers & Acquisitions, Global Finance IT Analyst, and Organizational Change Management Analyst. In 2016, Shane worked as an IT Consultant Intern at Clarity Partners, LLC, and in 2015, they interned as an IT Operations Intern at Volkswagen Credit.

Shane Jacob obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Information Systems & Information Technology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Shane attended the university from 2013 to 2017. Prior to their university education, Shane attended Adlai E. Stevenson Highschool from 2009 to 2013, where they completed their High School education. In addition to their formal education, Shane also holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) obtained from the Scrum Alliance in January 2022, and as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) obtained in August 2019.
