Srimathi Shivaprasad

Srimathi Shivaprasad has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as an Article at M/s KP Rao & Co, where they handled internal audits, statutory audits, tax audits, and SOX compliance testing. In 2010, they joined PwC as an Associate, focusing on statutory audits for the technology and information, communication, and entertainment sectors.

From 2012 to 2014, Srimathi worked as a Consultant at Capgemini Invent, where they provided consulting services. Srimathi then joined Deloitte as an Assistant Manager, where they gained experience in managing projects and teams.

In 2015, Srimathi briefly worked as an Internal Auditor at Hewlett-Packard before pursuing a career in user experience. Srimathi joined UC Berkeley Extension as a Teaching Assistant, specializing in user experience research. In 2019, they interned as a User Experience Designer at Deserve, where they created designs and conducted user interviews.

During the same year, Srimathi also worked as a User Experience Designer at Blume Global, focusing on designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for a logistics SaaS B2B platform. Srimathi collaborated with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and on-time product delivery. Srimathi's role also included reviewing products and flows for design adherence.

Since 2021, they have been working at Backstop Solutions Group as a Product Designer.

Srimathi Shivaprasad has a diverse education history. In 2018, they attended the University of California, Berkeley and completed the Professional Program in User Experience Design, focusing on User Experience (UX) Design. Prior to this, from 2005 to 2010, they studied at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, earning a degree in Chartered Accountancy (CA). Additionally, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.com) at Indira Gandhi National Open University.
