Mike Butcher

Mike Butcher is an accomplished Operations Manager at Backyard Discovery/Leisure Time since January 1998, where responsibilities include overseeing facility operations, production, customer service, and inventory management. In addition, Mike Butcher has been the Owner of IC Ice, a twice the ice ice house in Nevada, Missouri, since February 2012, and the Owner of Brothers Automation since January 2004, specializing in machine integration to modernize existing equipment and minimize costs associated with new machinery. Mike Butcher holds a Master's degree in Electrical from IBEW, completed a 2-year Ag Business degree from VRJC, and graduated from high school in Hereford.
