Joe Peckskamp

Joe Peckskamp has a diverse work experience. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Personal Care Attendant at Granite Care Homes. In 2016, they joined Pearless Lawncare as a Crew Lead, where they were responsible for a team of two technicians, company equipment, and trucks. Joe interfaced with customers and managed expectations to resolve conflicts, and oversaw crew and executed lawn care services. In 2019, they joined the United States Postal Service as a 204b & Rural Letter Carrier, where they worked as a supervisor of daily scheduled carriers and customer services. Theirduties included fielding customer inquiries, creating the weekly schedule and filling daily scheduling gaps, and ensuring satisfaction. Joe provided solutions and assurance to customer qualms. In 2022, they joined Bacon Inc. as a Sales Development Representative.
