Martin Ezcurra has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Martin started their career as a Game Developer and UX Developer for the Fifa Franchise at Globant, where they worked on projects like Fifa 11, Fifa 12, Fifa Euro, and Fifa World. Martin then joined 50 Cubes, Inc. as a Game Developer, where they were responsible for revamping the combat system for a game using Unity and C#.

Martin then worked at GlobalLogicLatinoamerica as a Software Developer before joining Nimble Giant Entertainment as a UX Developer. At Nimble Giant Entertainment, they worked on various expansions for the games Endless Space 2 and Endless Legend, where they were in charge of game systems, lore, and content. Martin also worked as a Lead Game Designer for Endless Space 2: Awakening, focusing on balancing the new faction and gameplay features.

Martin later joined ManuFactory GG as a Product Designer, and is currently working at Bad Rhino Studios as a Creative Director. In this role, they mentor and encourages the creative team, ensures the quality and completion of projects, provides professional development opportunities, and liaises with other areas and clients. Martin is also involved in game design decision-making, milestone goals, and reviewing new game proposals. Throughout their career, Martin has demonstrated strong leadership and creative skills in the gaming industry.

Martin Ezcurra attended Image Campus from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued a tertiary degree in Video Game Development. Martin then returned to Image Campus in 2009 and completed another tertiary degree, this time in Game Art, in 2010.
