Herman Botha

Herman Botha, MBA, serves as the Sr. Head of Supply Chain at Badael Company since February 2024. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company, where Herman held multiple leadership roles such as Logistics Director for the Middle East and Africa, Factory Manager UAE, and Head of Logistics Middle East, managing extensive logistics operations and achieving notable efficiencies in production and distribution. Additional experience includes a Distribution Manager role at Amalgamated Beverage Industries and various positions within the same company, starting as a Checker at ABI Bottling. Herman holds a Master’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Abertay University and an earlier degree from the University of Johannesburg.
