Gary Silverman has worked in the sports industry since 1996, beginning their career as a Project Coordinator for CE Sports. Gary then moved to 141 Sports & Entertainment as an Account Manager in 1998. In 2001, they became the Manager of Product Marketing for Fotoball USA, Inc., overseeing a $4.2 million collegiate sporting goods product line and managing a national college bookstore rep force. From 2003 to 2008, they were the National Sales Manager for both Retail and Promotional Sales at K2 Licensed Products, where they handled direct contact with sport sponsors and oversaw a $4.8 million promotional business. Gary then joined Rawlings Sporting Goods as the National Sales Manager of Retail Sales in 2008. In 2011, they joined Baden Sports as the Vice President of Sales, Sales Manager, and Director of Retail & Promotional Sales. Gary also held the role of Director of Retail & Premium Sales at Baden Sports Inc. in the same year. Finally, they took on the role of Pacific Region Sales Manager at Harrow Sports in 2011.
Gary Silverman completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Business from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1993. Gary then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Sports Management from The Ohio State University, which they completed in 1996.
