Carly Lassegard Custodio

Carly Lassegard Custodio currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Bader since November 2023. Prior to this role, Carly spent over seven years at Netflix, where responsibilities included managing Original Documentaries, leading multiple non-fiction projects from development to closure, and providing comprehensive administrative support to three Directors. Additional experience includes positions as a Producer and Production Coordinator at Imaginaut Entertainment and Martini Crew Booking, as well as various roles during academic studies at Augsburg College, where Carly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production and English/Creative Writing.
