Deborah Stanke

Deborah Stanke, CPTD, currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Bader since May 2024. Prior to this role, Stanke worked as the HR Project Leader for Diversity and Inclusion and Learning at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics from March 2022 to May 2024. Stanke has extensive experience in learning and development, having held positions such as Learning & Development Manager and Senior Learning Specialist at Sherman Associates from September 2018 to March 2022. Earlier roles include HR Project Manager at 2911 Property Management from June 2014 to July 2018, and Sales Training Developer at Quality Bicycle Products from May 2008 to April 2012. Stanke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
