Jennifer Gordon

Jennifer Gordon, CPM, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Bader since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Director of Strategy at Bader Development and held the position of Vice President of Client Services and Engagement at Lincoln Property Company. Additionally, Jennifer is an Executive Board Member for the Minnesota Multi Housing Association and serves on the Board of Directors for CEORoundtable. Jennifer's extensive experience in the multifamily sector includes serving as President and Partner at The Excelsior Group and Senior Vice President at Pinnacle Family of Companies. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota.
