Sarah Wendler

Sarah Wendler is an accomplished Regional Portfolio Manager at Bader, with a career spanning over a decade in property management. Since January 2012, Sarah has executed business plans and managed teams for a diverse portfolio of properties. Prior experience includes overseeing operations at The Hill Apartments, where Sarah excelled in maintenance, capital improvements, budgeting, and customer service. As an Operations Training Specialist, Sarah developed training programs for new employees, ensuring adherence to company policies. Earlier roles included serving as a Leasing Specialist, facilitating property showings, and conducting client interviews, as well as working as an Administrative Assistant at The University of Iowa from August 2008 to December 2011.
