Mick Cerda-Pavia is an experienced construction professional with a background in project management and engineering. Currently serving as HOTO Manager at BADGE Constructions since January 2020, Mick specializes in managing the Handover/Takeover process for Defence projects across Australia. Previous roles include Senior Project Engineer at Lendlease, where expertise was applied to the $250 million Land121 USF project and the $220 million Campbell Barracks Redevelopment, as well as Project Engineer positions at John Holland, Thiess, and other firms involved in large-scale infrastructure projects. Mick holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
