Brent Morrell has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Brent began their career as a Customer Service Manager at Albertsons Companies in 2002, where they led a team and contributed to the store becoming the top-grossing in Texas. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Starbucks in various roles and successfully built a clientele, leading to one of the top-grossing Starbucks within a year.
In 2009, Brent joined One Mission Society, where they held multiple roles including Director of Mobilization, Recruiter, and Ministry Team Specialist. Brent oversaw recruitment activities, data management, and successfully transitioned the organization through globalization, resulting in increased diversity recruitment.
Brent then served as the Director of Talent Acquisition for the State of Indiana's Executive Branch from 2017 to 2021. Brent revamped the recruitment process, implemented cloud-based HR software, and established the state's first statewide Succession and Development program.
From 2021 to 2022, Brent worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Toyota Material Handling, where they directed the launch and ramp-up of talent acquisition activity. Brent achieved significant accomplishments, including executing a robust recruiting strategy, reducing tech stack spend, and enhancing workforce planning processes.
In 2022, Brent moved to ProTrans, taking on the roles of Senior Talent Manager and later Director of Talent Management. Brent contributed to talent management strategies and provided leadership in talent acquisition.
Most recently, Brent became the Director of Talent Acquisition at Badger Infrastructure Solutions in 2023. Details about their role and accomplishments in this position have yet to be provided.
Brent Morrell's education history includes a Master of Science - MS in Strategic Leadership & Design from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from The University of Texas at Arlington.
