Jhoysi Guevara

Jhoysi Guevara has held several roles throughout their work experience. Jhoysi started their career as a Partnered Staffing Supervisor for Baker Hughes at Kelly in 2011, where they focused on recruiting for various positions and managing employee and client relations. After that, they worked at Kelly Education as a Client Lead from 2013 to 2020, where they provided specialized training, built relationships with customers, and ensured their needs were met. In 2020, they joined Kelly as an Industrial Volume Recruiter, supporting recruitment, hiring, and employee relations for multiple territories. Currently, Jhoysi is working as a Regional Recruiter Lead at Badger Infrastructure Solutions.

Jhoysi Guevara attended Westfield High School from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Jhoysi later pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Lone Star College, earning an Associate of Arts - AA degree.
