Hans Thoresen

Hans Thoresen has extensive experience in municipal infrastructure management, currently serving as Tjenesteleder for Vann og avløp at Bærum kommune since May 2003. In previous roles at the same organization, Thoresen held the positions of Avdelingsleder Vann og avløp, Planavdelingen, and Prosjektleder, focusing on personnel management, budget oversight, large leadership group participation, investment project follow-up, and managing various infrastructure projects. Prior to Bærum kommune, Thoresen worked as a Rådgiver at BUVA AS and Aquateam - Norsk vannteknologisk senter AS. Educationally, Thoresen holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Master of Management focusing on Project Management, Change Management, and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
