Kathrine Holter has extensive experience in leadership and management within the healthcare and welfare technology sectors. Currently serving as a Spesialrådgiver for Velferdsteknologi at Bærum kommune since April 2016, Holter previously held the position of Daglig leder at Norlandia Care as, overseeing the establishment of a new care and service center for the elderly. Holter's background includes roles as Sales and Marketing Director at Abilia, and at Hjelp24, along with managing product development at Sunrise Medical and leading a sales department at Norservice AS. Holter's educational qualifications include multiple courses in organizational development, board competence, project management, and a foundational education at Sør-Trøndelag University College.
