Libby Parent has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Libby started their career as a Media Planning Intern at Kelliher Samets Volk in 2008. Libby then worked as a Graduate Assistant in Marketing Research at Emerson College from 2009 to 2010. Libby had an internship as a Product Management Intern at Puma in 2010.

In 2010, they joined Hanesbrands Inc. as a Marketing Assistant for Champion Athleticwear and was later promoted to Assistant Marketing Manager. Libby played a key role in driving brand marketing strategy and activation, resulting in double-digit sales growth and strong equity improvements over three years.

Libby then moved to Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in 2013 and held several positions in brand management and innovation. As an Associate Manager, they led comprehensive business case development for new brands and strategic opportunities. Libby was later promoted to Senior Manager, Customer Marketing and was responsible for developing customer-specific sales and marketing strategies.

In 2015, they joined the brand and product team for Keurig KOLD, a new-to-world beverage system. Libby's ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional teams was instrumental in the success of the business. Libby was then promoted to Brand Manager for Coffee and played a crucial role in defining and implementing go-to-market strategies.

Libby joined Vermont Smoke & Cure in 2019 as the Director of Marketing. Libby was responsible for marketing, new product development, ecommerce, and sales strategy for Vermont Smoke & Cure and Bag Balm. Libby was also a member of the Leadership Team.

Most recently, Libby became the Vice President & General Manager at Vermont's Original Bag Balm. Libby had full P&L responsibility and was instrumental in defining and delivering short- and long-term business strategies.

Libby Parent received their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Libby went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Global Marketing Communications and Advertising at Emerson College from 2009 to 2010.
