Pradnya Shinde

Pradnya Shinde has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Pradnya currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Baggit India Private Limited since November 2018. Prior to that, they served as an HR Director at Capgemini Technology Services Ltd for a remarkable 11 years, from August 2007 to October 2018. Before joining Capgemini, Pradnya worked as a Manager of HR at HCL Technologies from February 2000 to August 2007. Their professional journey began as a Resource Executive at Melstar Information Technologies, where they worked from December 1998 to February 2000.
