Justin McCarthy

Justin McCarthy is an experienced paralegal with a background in trusts and estates, currently serving at Bagwell Holt Smith P.A. since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles at The Law Offices of John T. Orcutt and Montgomery Family Law. Justin's early career also included positions in the hospitality industry and significant involvement in political campaigns and student leadership.
