Jamil Harnaikar

Jamil Harnaikar is an experienced marine engineer with a robust background in engine maintenance and management across several reputable companies. Currently serving as a 2nd Engineer at Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line since May 2021, Jamil has previously held positions as a 3rd Engineer at Jalesh Cruises and Mideast Ship Management Ltd, where responsibilities included the maintenance of diesel generators, auxiliary steam boilers, and air compressors. Jamil's tenure at Holland America Line spanned from June 2011 to January 2014, where jamil advanced from a 3rd Engineer to an Engine Maintenance Manager, overseeing maintenance of main engines, diesel generators, and propulsion machinery. Jamil began the career as a Cadet Engineer at Holland America Line from March 2009 to April 2010. Jamil obtained a graduate marine engineering degree from Great Eastern Institute of Maritime Studies in 2008.
