Lulwa Al-Mutawa, CIPD, has extensive experience in the field of training and administration, currently serving as Head of Administration at Bahrain Petroleum Company since October 2013, where responsibilities include leading Learning and Development needs analysis for new scholars in the Bapco Oil and Gas academy.
