Pankaj Mukhija

Pankaj Mukhija is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Bahrain Specialist Hospital since February 2019, where responsibilities include restructuring HR processes and leading a team of six. Pankaj is actively involved in projects such as implementing an HRMS and driving performance management systems. Prior to this, Pankaj held the position of Unit HR Head at Aster DM Healthcare, overseeing HR functions for a JCI accredited hospital, and has also worked at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. as Manager HR for North India, where focus areas included talent acquisition and employee engagement. Earlier roles at Moser Baer India Ltd. covered various aspects of performance management and HR automation, and a summer internship at Tata Steel provided foundational experience in job evaluation. Pankaj holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
