Lulwa Mohammed has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief of the Coordination & Follow-up Division from January 2003 to February 2007, where they worked closely with the university president, managed a team, and created the infrastructure of the university database. Lulwa also served as a Specialist in the Information & Follow-up Directorate from June 2002 to December 2002, where they were responsible for data collection, editing, and publishing the annual report.
Lulwa started their career at Al Hilal Group, where they worked as a Project Coordinator for the Trade Arabia Web Portal from September 2000 to March 2002.

Lulwa Mohammed obtained their BA in English Language & Translation from the University of Petra (جامعة البترا) from 1996 to 2000. In 2010, Lulwa attended the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, where they completed the Kawader: Preparation for Top Management Program, specializing in Leadership.
