Sumesh Shetty

Sumesh Shetty is a seasoned technology professional with a diverse background in cloud solutions and data engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Bahwan CyberTek since October 2024, Sumesh previously held the role of AWS Data Engineer at EXL, where responsibilities included automating data pipelines on Databricks and validating data flows. Prior experience as a Solutions Architect at Applied Cloud Computing involved designing and implementing cloud pipelines, as well as optimizing big data ETL processes in AWS and Azure. Sumesh's career began with various positions including Sr. Python Developer and Jr. Python Developer, alongside an internship as a Web Designer at Ashgen. An alumnus of the University of Mumbai, Sumesh earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology in May 2019.
