Jan Babiak

Jan Babiak has extensive experience in corporate governance, serving as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair for Walgreens Boots Alliance and the Bank of Montreal since 2012. Babiak was a Senior Independent Director at EUROMONEY INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR PLC until its delisting in 2022, and a Board Member at GlobalLogic during its strategic sale to Hitachi in 2021. Previous roles include serving on the Board of Directors for Royal Mail and Logica, where Babiak chaired the Audit Committee. Prior to these positions, Babiak was Managing Partner at Ernst & Young, holding a variety of leadership roles across multiple sectors. Babiak holds an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
