Practice Manager, Solution Architecture at Protech

Will Slade has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Will started their career as an Area Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they successfully managed multiple branch office locations and a large team. After that, they joined ISG Solutions as a Senior Account Executive, responsible for sales of various enterprise solutions.

In 2005, Will Slade joined Protech as a Senior Account Executive and CRM Strategist. Will excelled in enterprise solution sales and played a key role in requirements discovery and proof of concept development. Will was recognized as one of the top sales executives during their time with the company.

Moving forward, Will Slade joined BroadPoint Technologies as a Senior Account Executive and Pre-Sales Specialist. Will was responsible for enterprise solution sales and was awarded top salesperson of the year. Additionally, they created a proof of concept Association Management Solution built on Microsoft Dynamics.

In 2012, Will Slade joined Hitachi Solutions (formerly Customer Effective) as a CRM Solutions Specialist. Will worked closely with Microsoft to win business by gathering requirements, proposing solutions, and closing sales to enterprise clients.

After a year, Will Slade joined crmBright as a CRM-xRM Professional, where they utilized their expertise in customer relationship management to deliver effective solutions.

Will Slade's most recent work experience is with Protech as a Practice Manager, Solution Architecture. Will leads a team of consultants for new Protech implementation projects, creating solutions in Microsoft Dynamics and Protech's proprietary online ecommerce portal.

Will Slade has a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Finance and Business Management from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application for CRM 2015 (MB2-704) from Microsoft in March 2015. Will also holds certifications such as Certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Sales Specialist, Certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Standard Sales, Certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM – Presales, Certified Microsoft Dynamics ERP - Standard Sales, and Certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 for Applications, all of which were obtained between 2005 and 2011.
