Jie Zhang is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and intellectual property. Currently, Jie Zhang serves as the Legal Director of Baidu USA, providing comprehensive legal support encompassing corporate restructuring, litigation, contract management, and compliance. Previously, Jie Zhang held various roles, including Business Assistant to the CEO at Baidu, where responsibilities included facilitating business operations and promoting innovation, and Head of Patent Strategy Department, overseeing global patent strategies. Earlier experience includes positions as IP Counsel at Hewlett-Packard, IP Associate at Fenwick & West LLP, and a Judicial Extern at the United States District Court.
