Kyle Peacock

Kyle Peacock is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in construction and restoration management. Currently serving as Project Manager at Bailey Construction and Consulting LLC since January 2016, Kyle previously held roles as Senior Project Manager/Director of Operations at Chenal Restoration and Construction Operations Manager at Spiteri Builders, Inc. Demonstrating a strong background in residential development and project oversight, Kyle has managed multiple projects with multi-million dollar budgets and developed comprehensive strategies for project execution. Early career endeavors included Lead Construction Manager positions at McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. and Highland Homes, as well as a role in external relations at Questia Media. Kyle holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University, obtained in 1998.
