Fraser H. is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Bailey Metal Products Limited since June 2017. Fraser's extensive experience includes a tenure as President and Chief Financial Officer at First Trust Portfolios, where responsibilities encompassed operational, financial, HR, sales and marketing, organizational, regulatory, and new product development activities.
