Berners Hall-Matthews

Berners Hall-Matthews has a strong background in the retail and optical industry. Berners began their career in 2000 as an Optical Dispenser at OPSM, where they worked until 2002. From there, they joined Vets4Pets as a Regional Operations Manager, a position they held from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, they joined LensPro Optometrists as an Operations Manager and later became the Managing Director from 2012 to 2013. Berners then served as the Director until 2016. Berners is currently working at Bailey Nelson, where they started in 2016 as a Partnerships Manager and is now the Head of JVP Operations and Compliance since 2023.

From 1996 to 1999, Berners Hall-Matthews attended James Cook University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Management degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they enrolled at OTEN and earned a Certificate 4 in Optical Dispensing.
