Mani Hamedani

Mani Hamedani is an experienced professional in the optical industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Bailey Nelson since June 2022. Previously, Mani held the position of Quality Assurance and Finishing Supervisor at Carl Zeiss Vision from March 2018 to February 2021, where responsibility included managing a team of 30 associates and ensuring quality control for over 2000 pairs of spectacles daily. Prior to that, Mani worked as a Finishing Supervisor at Hoya from August 2016 to March 2018, achieving all key performance indicators while overseeing a team of 20. Mani's career began as a Lab Manager at Lenscrafters from November 2010 to July 2016, managing multiple locations and enhancing struggling labs' performance. Mani holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ryerson University, completed in May 2012.
