William Begley

William Begley is a Principal at Bain Capital since 2020, specializing in Real Estate Private Equity with a focus on residential investments such as senior housing, student housing, and build-to-rent. Begley is also a member of the ULI Lifestyle Residential Development Council. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President in Real Estate Private Equity at Ares Management Corporation from 2016 to August 2018, and as an Associate and Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs from 2014 to 2016. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Finance from Schreyer Honors College at Penn State, complemented by a high school diploma from La Salle College High School.
