Sébastien Lafrenière

Sébastien LaFrenière is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and customer service. Currently serving as Senior MRO Buyer at Bain Magique since December 2017, Sébastien plays a key role in supporting North America's bathtub renovation market. Prior to this, Sébastien worked as a Supply Agent at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute from November 2011 to July 2017, where responsibilities included managing medical gas purchases and inventory. A brief tenure as Site Coordinator at Bruckner Supply in September 2011 involved overseeing customer support and procurement services. From August 1999 to March 2011, Sébastien was the Customer Service Manager at Festo for Eastern Canada, managing order processing and customer relations. Sébastien holds a Certificate in Operations and Production Management from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from UQAM.
